Enter a fully qualified hostname, for example storage1.example.com. Use a domain you control.
Describe your storage workload and access requirements, such as archives, backups or file transfers. Do not include passwords or other secrets.
Paste one OpenSSH public key on one line. Ed25519 is recommended. Never submit a private key. SDH validates the key and tests your access before handover, then removes its temporary setup key after you confirm access.
Dynamic public IP addresses are supported. Choose the access profile that applies to your administrator connection.
For fixed access, list allowed IPv4/IPv6 addresses or CIDRs. For dynamic access, enter Dynamic IP and your preferred access method. SDH tests access during setup; a fixed IP is not required. Do not include keys or passwords.
Address for local disk, ZFS and capacity alerts. SDH configures and tests delivery during setup; you receive and act on alerts after handover. Any SMTP credentials are arranged through secure onboarding, not this form.
Optional non-secret notes about your preferred SMTP relay or delivery method. Credentials are collected through secure onboarding. Delivery must be tested before handover.
SDH sets up and hardens the server. I administer, patch and secure it and act on alerts after handover. SDH coordinates supplier hardware support, software recovery and RAID rebuild requests. Ongoing administration is not included.
I maintain an independent backup and export my data before termination. RAID and local snapshots are not independent backups. Recovery is not guaranteed; any separately chargeable recovery work requires my approval.
